Bommavara is a wonderful village located on the South side of NH-207 connecting Devanahalli and Doddaballapur. Incidentally, NH-207 also connects NH-4 and NH-7, the two major national highways passing through Bangalore. Devanahalli by-pass of NH-207 is supposed to go through Bommavara. The village is famous for the Lord Siva temple supposedly built overnight by the ghosts themselves for Lord Parameshwara.
